MAY 27, 2021 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Lisa <br />Young, Human Resources Director; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste <br />Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Clinton Van <br />De Venter, Operator/Mechanic; and Tom Cash, Staff Representative. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />*This meeting was not recorded due to the Executive Session and some <br />participants needing to call in.* <br /> <br />At 1:05 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss that portion of a <br />meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting the <br />strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during the <br />course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or <br />grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made <br />in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No action <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:15 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
