BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COT]NTY OF'KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2O2I -0gq <br />AWARD THE CONTRACT F'OR THE VANTAGE HIGITWAY PAVEMENT AND <br />GUARDRATL PROJECT CRp 298-19, AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORrG <br />DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The call for sealed bids supporting the Vantage Highway Pavement and <br />Guardrail Project was authorized by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />on April 26,2021; and <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids in accordance with RCW <br />36.7 7 .020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on May 20,2021at 10:00 AM at the Kittitas County <br />Department of Public Works; and <br />WHEREAS:Four (4) qualified bids were received with the lowest bid from Interstate <br />Concrete and Asphalt in the amount of $3,447 ,921.00.
