4/28/21 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> WEDNESDAY 2:30 P.M. APRIL 28, 2021 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Mark <br />Cook, Public Works Director; and Chris Whitsett, Inspector. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 2:31 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a <br />site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:41 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 2:41 p.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:46 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
