RESOLUTTON NO"4 -o <br />BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KITTITAS COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, in the matter <br />of initiating a county road project designated as: <br />CRP NO: 304-20 JOB NO: RC2093 <br />lT lS HEREBY RESOLVED for Hungry Junction Road (M.P. 0.00-1.74) lmprovements <br />The existing BST pavement is narrow with areas of significant longitudinal cracking and settling over the top of drainage <br />structures. This existing pavement will be removed and replaced per design. There are also four vertical curves that need <br />to be corrected to meet safe sight stopping distance design standards for the posted speed limit. The road will be <br />widened, and above ground obstacles will be removed or relocated, guardrail installed or slopes flattened where <br />warranted. <br />ARTERIAL <br />ACCESS <br />This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the Director of Public Works acting as the County Engineer is hereby <br />ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
