Amendment No.1 to the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Entrust and Kittitas County <br />July 1 ,2020- June 30,2021 <br />The Professional Services Agreement between Entrust and Kittitas County, is hereby <br />amended to amend the activity service rate for employment day activities for the <br />Developmental Disabilities Program as follows (Attachment "E"): <br />. lndividual Employment (lE) $105.00 per service hour. Group Supported Employment (GSE) $91.00 per service hour.
