<br />Kittitas County <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Bowling Alley Properties Lease/Redevelopment RFP <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Submittal Date: April 30, 2021 at 4:00pm <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Purpose of the RFP: To solicit proposals from private, nonprofit, or public organizations interested in leasing, leasing-to-own, or purchasing for the development or redevelopment of <br />the Bowling Alley properties located on the Kittitas Valley Event Center (KVEC) grounds adjacent to Central Washington University (CWU). The resulting development and operation of a <br />business on the Bowling Alley properties must provide for a Festival Hall or meeting and party room function on the property during the annual Kittitas County Fair and Ellensburg Rodeo <br />event and for occasional off-season events during the year. Kittitas County will evaluate and select the most beneficial proposal to implement the KVEC Master Plan for the property. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Submittal deadline: April 30, 2021 at 4:00pm <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Submit proposals to Patti Johnson, Director Kittitas County Solid Waste & Facilities Maintenance, c/o County Commissioners’ Office, 205 West Fifth Street, Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926. <br />Questions concerning this RFP may only be submitted by email to <br />mailto:patti.johnson@co.kittitas.wa.uspatti.johnson@co.kittitas.wa.us.
