KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 6th, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract LT-SS-002-Cle Elum Data Collection and Park Upgrades. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) met on July 16, 2020 and August 20, 2020 in an open public meeting to discuss and review grant applications for Small-Scale Municipality-Owned <br />Capital Projects and Operations. The BOCC approved the grant contracts on October 6th, 2020. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The LTAC committee recommended funding for this grant and the BOCC approved the grant on October 6th, 2020, for reimbursement for 2 years until 2022. Lucy Temple, Planner <br />City of Cle Elum reached out to see if it was alright if they used the finds instead for the 2021-2022 tourism seasons. The Auditor’s Office stated they could do it with a contract amendment <br />since the application approved stated 2020.
