KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 16, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the FFY18 (HSGP) Extension. <br />BACKGROUND: FFY18 HSGP is part of the ongoing Homeland Security Grants that <br />are managed through the Region 7 Interlocal Agreement. This extension is being granted <br />to continue projects which were unable to be completed due to Coronavirus limitations <br />and will utilize the unexpended funds from the original grant. <br />INTERACTION: The FFY18 HSGP grant was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas <br />County Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the FFY18 (HSGP) Extension. <br />HANDLING: No handling. KCSO will obtain a fully executed contract from the State <br />and will return it to the BOCC for County records. <br />LEAD STAFF: Commander Darren Higashiyama <br />
