KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: 3-16-2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request board approval for chair signature on PaintCare LLC <br />Stewardship Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Department of Ecology has been working with PaintCare <br />Washington LLC to form a stewardship program for proper disposal <br />of paints. This will allow us to accept latex paint at no cost to us. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and signed the proposed <br />Resolution.
