BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2021 - 035 <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH CRACK SEALANT MATERIALS FOR 2021 <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 2,202I,to <br />furnish Crack Sealant Materials for 2021; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 18,2021, at2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Office, and two (2) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of Special <br />Asphalt Products for Schedule "A" and Schedule ooB" be accepted; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 202I Crack Sealant Materials to Special <br />Asphalt Products for Schedule "A" and Schedule "B", and be accepted, upon such terms and <br />conditions as specified in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is authorized to sign the <br />contract documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said <br />bidder(s). <br />DATED this 2nd day of March2l2l, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS <br />{ <br />th, <br />ABSENT <br />Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />/rllil il ttl Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />tr Deputy Clerk of.the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Commissioner
