Henson, Frederick A. Stephens, and James N. Ferguson. This letter represents our official permission to allow your work in Block D-148 of the Ellensburg Independent Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery Recognizing the service and lives of these men is important to preserving our heritage and ensuring their contributions are not forgotten.
