(Ord. 2010-005, 2010) <br />20.01.020 Fire Marshal. <br />The Fire Marshal is authorized to render interpretations of the codes, as mandated by state law <br />and adopted by Kittitas County, and make and enforce such rules and regulations for the <br />prevention and control of fires and fire hazards necessary to carry out the application and intent <br />of this code. (Ord. 2010-005, 2010) <br />20.01.030 Stop work order. <br />Whenever any work is being done contrary to the provisions of the International Fire Code,
