FEBRUARY 1, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Judy Pless, Budget & Finance <br />Manager; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director; Jeanne Killgore, HR Representative. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 29, 2021. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT NOXIOUS WEED CONTROL BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to reappoint Holly Pinkart (Weed Section <br />2) and Galen Rogers (Weed Section 3) to the Kittitas County Noxious <br />Weed Control Board, for a four-year term effective 2/19/2021 and <br />ending on 2/18/2025. Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3- <br />0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT BOARD OF EQULIZATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to appoint Denise Clark to the Kittitas <br />County Board of Equalization, for a three-year term effective April <br />1, 2021 and ending on 12/31/2023. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br />
