Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />February 2, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 18 (effected dates 1/1/2018 – 12/31/2021). <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to <br />channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department. The Amended Consolidated Contract amends the following: <br /> <br />Exhibit A Statements of Work, attached and incorporated by this reference, are amended as <br />follows: Adds Statements of Work for the following programs: <br />• Climate & Health Wildfire Smoke Indoor Air Quality Pilot Study - Effective September <br />1, 2020 <br />• COVID-19 Coordinated Response - Effective July 1, 2020 <br />• Division of Emergency Preparedness & Response COVID-19 - Effective January 20, <br />2020 <br />• ELC COVID-19 - Effective June 1, 2020 <br />• Emergency Preparedness & Response COVID-19 Local CARES - Effective March 1, <br />2020 <br />• Foundational Public Health Services (FPHS) - Effective July 1, 2019 <br /> <br />Exhibit B-18 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends and replaces <br />Exhibit B-17 Allocations as follows: Increase of $125,582 for a revised maximum consideration <br />of $2,434,985. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved January 28, 2021 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved January 28, 2021 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 18 (effected dates 1/1/2018 – 12/31/2021). <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Tristen Lamb
