<br />Purpose of the RFP: To solicit proposals from private, nonprofit, or public organizations interested in leasing, leasing-to-own, or purchasing for the development or redevelopment of <br />the Bowling Alley properties located on the Kittitas Valley Event Center (KVEC) grounds adjacent to Central Washington University (CWU). The resulting development and operation of a <br />business on the Bowling Alley properties must provide for a Festival Hall or meeting and party room function on the property during the annual Kittitas County Fair and Ellensburg Rodeo <br />event and for occasional off-season events during the year.
