Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Agenda Date: January 19, 2020 <br /> <br />Action Requested: Adopt the resolution to cancel Payroll Fund <br />Warrants <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br />Warrant numbers 115658 and 116504, Payroll Fund was issued to <br />Louis Randal McDonald, the amount of $81.33 and $135.55, on <br />August 5, 2019 and October 4, 2019 and the paychecks were never <br />cashed. <br /> <br />We have received an affidavit from Louis Randal McDonald to re- <br />issue the warrants. <br /> <br />On December 28, 2020, through the Accounts Payable we issued a <br />check in the amount of $216.88 to Louis Randal McDonald and we <br />need to cancel the payroll warrants number 115658, dated August <br />5, 2019, and warrant number 116504 dated October 4, 2019, <br />Payroll Fund, payable to Louis Randal McDonald in the amount of <br />$81.33 and $135.551 be cancelled <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Request the Board sign the Resolution to cancel payroll warrants <br />#115658 and #116504 in the amount of $81.33 and $135.55 dated <br />August 5, 2019 and October 4, 2019 payable to Louise Randal <br />McDonald <br /> <br />Handling: Scan Copy to Judy Pless and one to Amy Cziske <br /> <br />Lead Staff Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager <br />
