NOVEMBER 16, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; <br />Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor; Clay Myers, Sheriff; Darren <br />Higashiyama, Chief Deputy; Tristen Lamb, Public Health <br />Administrator; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Interim <br />Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Lisa Young, HR Director; Dr. <br />Mark Larson, Public Health Official; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:02 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced that the Board would be <br />changing course of what was initially published for today’s Special <br />Meeting and announced the Board would instead recess into Executive <br />Session for 30 minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:32 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:32 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 30 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 12:02 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
