KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 17, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval for Chairs signature a service agreement <br />with Dude Solutions. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance has been looking for a preventive <br />maintenance software to assist with tracking work orders and <br />maintenance cost on facilities and equipment. The county had Dude <br />Solutions in the past and with the updated program and facility audit <br />that is now available it appears to be the best fit for our facilities and <br />vehicles. <br />INTERACTION: Maintenance staff <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards approval for Chairs signature on the Service <br />Agreement with Dude Solutions. <br />HANDLING: Return Service Agreement. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Service agreement <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Johnson <br />
