2020-11-05 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />WEBEX <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />THURSDAY 11:00 A.M. NOVEMBER 05, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. (via Webex) <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Greg Zempel, <br />Prosecutor; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Benjamin West, <br />Director of Airport Operations; and Ken Grannan, Airport <br />Coordinator. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:01 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be <br />offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, <br />final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a <br />meeting open to the public. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:16 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:16 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:31 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:31 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or <br />leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the <br />public. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:36 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />Direction was provided to Staff to prepare 12-month Ag Lease <br />Extensions (11/30/2021).
