(via WebEx) <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending October 30, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />FORM PROPERTY TAX APPEALS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a Notice of Approval to Hear Property Tax Appeals Kittitas County <br />Legislative Authority. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried <br />3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board determined for the week of November 2, 2020 they would <br />post on their Facebook page, the letter from the Board to Governor <br />Inslee, as well as the picture & Certificate of Appreciation to <br />Darlene Mainwaring who retired from 30 years with Kittcom. <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week.
