10/20/2020 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 11:30 A.M. OCTOBER 20, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Tristen Lamb, <br />Public Health Administrator; Lisa Young, HR Director; and Dan <br />Carlson, CDS Director. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING COVID-19 WORKPLACE STRATEGIES COMMISSIONERS <br />At 11:30 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting for the <br />Board to discuss workplace strategies relating to COVID-19. <br /> <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator discussed with the Board <br />that Public Health will not be disclosing case information on county <br />employees as it is against Public Health practices. <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director reviewed the current policies with the <br />Board. There was discussion on revising current policy to be better <br />prepared for a case within County buildings. Messaging will go out <br />to employees regarding case contact information and education. <br /> <br />Ms. Young provided an updated COVID-19 symptom flow-chart from the <br />Department of Health. The chart was recommended through Management <br />Team.
