<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Statement of Work No. 2 between the Kittitas <br />County Commissioners and the State of Washington, <br />Office of the Secretary of State, Archives & Records <br />Management Division. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Commissioners office is required to have their <br />Minutes, Ordinances and Resolutions microfilmed for <br />preservation. The original records from 2018 – 2019 are ready to <br />be transferred to the State Archives where they will be converted <br />from digital image to microfilm from scanned documents <br />performed by the Commissioners Records Clerk. The proposed <br />Agreement is in the amount of $258.27. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins (CAMAS #50052) has reviewed <br />and approved the Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve and authorize signature on the Statement of Work No. 2 <br />Service Level Agreement No. 818K-1464 between the Kittitas <br />County Commissioners and the State of Washington , Office of the <br />Secretary of State, Archives & Records Retention for Document <br />Preparation and Imaging Services for the 2018 - 2019 Kittitas <br />County Board of Commissioners Minutes, Ordinances and <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 2 originals for signature – Office of the Secretary of State, <br />Archives & Records Management Division. <br /> Upon receipt of the fully executed agreement a copy to be sent to <br />the Auditor’s Office. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Statement of Work No. 2 Service Level Agreement No.818K-1464 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />
