KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 6, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Modification P0001 between the <br />Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office. <br />BACKGROUND: The previous Modification P0001 acknowledged by BOCC on <br />08/18/2020 has been nullified by BLM and replaced with this Modification attached. <br />The change is reflecting the CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) 00060. BLM contract <br />writing system doesn't allow them to add additional funds to the existing CLIN. <br />Therefore, they had to create a CLIN in order to pay for the additional LE support in the <br />base year. (Note—The 00060 line was added to page two of the attached Contract). <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge a Modification P0001 between the <br />Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. <br />HANDLING: No handling <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
