2020-09-18 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING FRIDAY 1:30 P.M. SEPTEMBER 18, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mark Cook, <br />Public Works Director; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; and Neil Caulkins, <br />Chief Civil Deputy. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:30 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session with Mark <br />Cook, Public Works Director; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; and Neil <br />Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy for 15 minutes to consider Collective <br />bargaining sessions with employee organizations, including contract <br />negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions relating to the <br />interpretation or application of a labor agreement; or (b) that <br />portion of a meeting during which the governing body is planning or <br />adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body <br />during the course of any collective bargaining, professional <br />negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing <br />the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings while in <br />progress. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
