Professional Services Agreement Amendment PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT This contract amendment is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and Youth Services of Kittitas County (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”). The County and the Contractor agree as follows: WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Contractor entered into a professional services contract in July 2019; and WHEREAS, the first page of the contract states the period end date is June 30, 2020, and the stated total contract amount of $23,120.00; and WHEREAS, the agreement between the parties should be updated to the contract end date of July 31, 2020 and total contract amount of $25,319.89; and WHEREAS, both the County and the Contractor desire to amend the agreement to allow for the corrected end date and contract amount; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment providing for an end date of July 31, 2020 and total contract amount of $25,319.89 as attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
