Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />Agenda Date: <br />June 16, 2020 <br /> <br />Action Requested: <br />Request the Board authorize the supplemental documents for the Public Assistance <br />Grant Agreement #D20-189 for the COVID-19, be signed by the Board, County Auditor <br />and Budget & Finance Manager Finance Manager <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br />The Board is requested to sign the D20-189 Public Assistance Grant Agreement under an item <br />under this agenda and there are supplemental documents that need to accompany the application. <br /> <br />The additional documents that need to be completed are <br /> <br />1. Authorize the Chairman’s signature on the Letter by Board of County Commissioners to <br />designate the Applicant Agent and authorize representative for the disaster 4481-DR-WA <br />COVID-19 <br />2. Authorize the Board to sign the Designation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution <br />3. Acknowledge the signatures of the Budget & Finance Manager Finance Manager and County <br />Auditor on Disaster Assistance Application DEM-131 form <br />4. Authorize the Board, Budget & Finance Manager Finance Manager and County Auditor to <br />complete the Signature Authorization form. <br /> <br /> <br />The original contract was signed by the Board of County Commissioners on June 16, 2020, and <br />these supporting documents are needed to complete the application <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> Request the Board authorize the signatures on the above listed documents. <br /> <br />Handling <br />Signed documents to Judy and she will send in with application. <br /> <br />Lead Staff <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager
