LEASE AMENDMENT <br />, - , \ , THts LEISF AMENDMENT, dated.for reference purposes onty on tn" tl-fl" <br />day of <br />iltfJ+1-,?9?0,is made and entered into, to commence on the lstday oGober, -201A, <br />by andbetween KITTITAS COUNTY, a subdivision of the State of Washingtbn, hereinafter <br />referred to as the LESSOR, and Andrew Patry, hereinafter referred to as i-he LESSEE.WITNESSETH: <br />Lessor and Lessee entered into an assignment of lease in June of, 2013. The <br />underlying lease provides for a term ending September 30, 2053. The Lessor and Lessee <br />desire to amend section #2 of the underlying lease to provide a lease rate of $.14 per squarefoot, and leave all other terms and condiiion! in full foice and effect. <br />This Lease Addendum is made in accordance with chapters 2.81 KCC and 36.34 RCW,and is subject to the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in the lease commencing onOctober 1,2008. Lessee covenants as a material part of the consideration for this LeaseAmendment to keep and perform each and all of the said terms, covenants and conditions by itto be kept and performed. <br />lN WTNESS WHEREOF, Lessor and Lessee have signed their names and affixed theirseals the day and year first above written. Section #2 of the ,nOe1ying lease is hereby amendedto read "for 10t1118-9t90t23 for Lot H-32-0.1g acres-7,925.2s sq. t. lt 5. r+ per sq. t. oi $t,109.54annual rental fee."
