LEASE AMENDMENT <br />THIS LEASE AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only on the day of <br />2020, is made and entered into, to commence on the 1st day of October, 2018, <br />by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, a subdivision of the State of Washington, hereinafter <br />referred to as the LESSOR, and Andrew Patry, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />Lessor and Lessee entered into an assignment of lease in June of, 2013. The <br />underlying lease provides for a term ending September 30, 2053. The Lessor and Lessee <br />desire to amend section #2 of the underlying lease to provide a lease rate of $.14 per square <br />foot, and leave all other terms and conditions in full force and effect. <br />This Lease Addendum is made in accordance with chapters 2.81 KCC and 36.34 RCW, <br />and is subject to the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in the lease commencing on <br />October 1, 2008. Lessee covenants as a material part of the consideration for this Lease <br />Amendment to keep and perform each and all of the said terms, covenants and conditions by it <br />to be kept and performed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Lessor and Lessee have signed their names and affixed their <br />seals the day and year first above written. Section #2 of the underlying lease is hereby amended <br />to read "for 10/1/18-9/30/23 for Lot H-32-0.18 acres -7,925.25 sq. ft. at $.14 per sq. ft. or $1,109.54 <br />annual rental fee."
