JUNE 17, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz (via phone); and Commissioner Cory Wright (via WebEx). <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director (via WebEx); Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board (via <br />Webex); Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II (via Webex); <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/ Interim Maintenance Director/ <br />Project Manager (via WebEx); Chris Horner, DPA III (via WebEx); and <br />3 members of the public (via WebEx). <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING UPDATE/COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting for the <br />Board to provide planning updates relating to COVID-19. <br /> APPROVAL INVITATION FOR BIDS SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance Director/ <br />Project Manager updated the Board on a request for call to bids for <br />Rye Grass. Chairman Wachsmith and Commissioner Wright approved Ms. <br />Johnson to authorize an Invitation to Bid- Septage Land Application. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:04 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes with Lisa Young, HR Director <br />(via WebEx)and Chris Horner, DPA III (via WebEx) to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:14 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING UPDATE/COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wright had no updates at this time. <br />
