Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />Agenda Date: <br />June 16, 2020 <br /> <br />Action Requested: <br />Request the Board authorize the supplemental documents for the Fire Management <br />Assistance Grant Agreement #D19-1004 for the Ryegrass Coulee Fire be signed by the <br />Board, County Auditor and Budget & Finance Manager <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br />The Board is requested to sign the D19-1004 Fire Management Assistance Grant Agreement under <br />an item under this agenda and there are supplemental documents that need to accompany the <br />application. <br /> <br />The additional documents that need to be completed are <br /> <br />1. Authorize the Chairman’s signature on the Letter by Board of County Commissioners to <br />designate the Applicant Agent and authorize representative for the FM-5253 Ryegrass Coulee <br />fire <br />2. Authorize the Board to sign the Designation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution <br />3. Acknowledge the signatures of the Budget & Finance Manager and County Auditor on the <br />State Fire Management Assistance Application DEM-131 form <br />4. Authorize the Board, Budget & Finance Manager and County Auditor to complete the Signature <br />Authorization form. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> Request the Board authorize the signatures on the above listed documents. <br /> <br />Handling <br />Signed documents to Judy and she will send in with application. <br /> <br />Lead Staff <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager
