BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Fire Management Assistance Grant (FMAG) declaration FEMA 5253-FM-WA, (Ryegrass Coulee Fire): To provide funds to the SUBRECIPIENT for the reimbursement of eligible fire management assistance costs and allowable grant administration costs as approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in project worksheets describing eligible scopes of work and associated funding. The DEPARTMENT is the Recipient and Pass-through Entity of the FEMA-State Agreement and associated declaration FEMA 5253-FM-WA, which is incorporated by reference, and has made a subaward of Federal award funds to the SUBRECIPIENT pursuant to this Agreement. The SUBRECIPIENT is accountable to the DEPARTMENT for use of Federal award funds provided under this Agreement. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DEPARTMENT and SUBRECIPIENT acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement, exhibits, references and attachments hereto and have executed this Agreement as of the date and year written below. This Agreement Face Sheet, Special Terms and Conditions (Attachment 1), General Terms and Conditions (Attachment 2), Project Worksheet Sample (Attachment 3), Washington State Fire Management Assistance Grant 2018 Applicant Manual (Attachment 4), and all other documents, exhibits, and attachments expressly referenced and incorporated herein contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties and govern the rights and obligations of the parties to this Agreement. No other understandings, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be deemed to exist or to bind any of the parties hereto. In the event of an inconsistency in this Agreement, unless otherwise provided herein, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: 1.Applicable Federal and State Statutes and Regulations 5.Special Terms and Conditions 2.DHS Standard Terms and Conditions 6.General Terms and Conditions, and, 3.FEMA FMAG Declaration, FEMA-State Agreement and other Documents 7.
