Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Angela San Filippo, Staff <br />Planner; Doc Hansen, Planning Official/Interim Planning Director; <br />Christina Wollman, Staff Planner; Steph Mifflin, Senior Permit Tech.; <br />Kathy Jurgens, Finance Systems Manager; Chelsea Benner, Permit Tech.; <br />Christina Bloxham, Fiscal Analyst and 2 members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Berndt called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Berndt led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />Steph Mifflin, Senior Permit Tech. introduced Chelsea Benner as their <br />new Permit Tech. in the Community Development Services Department. <br /> <br />Kathy Jurgens, Finance Systems Manager, introduced Christina Bloxham as <br />the new Fiscal Analyst in the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS – NONE <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS – NONE <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. Chairman <br />Berndt seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Chairman Berndt seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br />
