MAY 7, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused: Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II & Erin Moore, <br />WRP Coordinator. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator presented the Board with a Contract for <br />Services for the Sale of Water Mitigation Certificates for the RCWR, <br />LLC (Deneen). She stated it’s follow up to the Special Meeting held <br />on May 1, 2018 where the Board expressed their support moving <br />forward with the Consumptive Use Pilot Program. <br /> <br />CONTRACT WATER MITIGATION PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to ratify Commissioner Paul Jewell’s <br />signature and authorize Chairman Osiadacz and his own signature on a <br />Contract for Services Sale of Water Mitigation Certificates for the <br />RCWR, LLC as presented. Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
