II; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Mike Grissom, Equipment Operator; Clay Myers, Undersheriff; <br />and 6 members of the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE PROCLAMATIONS PROCLAMATION “TAKE YOUR MENTEE TO WORK DAY” COMMISSIONERS <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve a Proclamation declaring Jun <br />28, 2019 as “Bring Your Mentee to Work Day”. Chairman Wright seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners recognized and expressed their <br />appreciation to Jim Van De Venter, Maintenance Manager; Ryan Berg, Road <br />Foreman; John Bugni, Traffic Technician; Zach Peebles, Equipment <br />Operator and Mike Grissom, Equipment Operator, for their rescue and <br />recovery efforts on the Vantage Highway during the hazardous snow <br />conditions on February 9, 2019. Due to their great response and <br />coordination they helped recover 8-10 occupied cars and 3 or 4 semi-
