03/04/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />901 EAST 7TH AVE – ARMORY A <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MARCH 4, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chair Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Project Manager and Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance <br />Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager gave an update <br />on Shady Brook Units. She said there are 3 that have broken water <br />lines and so far they can’t figure out where the breaks are that are <br />impacting the pressure. Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance Director <br />encouraged her to contact Sala’s as they have been able to find <br />issues when other businesses haven’t been able to. Ms. Johnson <br />stated that she would pass that on to Accolade (property manager). <br />She stated that the three units happened to be privately owned. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS – <br /> <br />Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance Director gave the Board an update <br />regarding the camera on top of the Courthouse that the builder of <br />the Hotel Windrow got permission to place to track the progress of <br />the Hotel being built. <br /> <br />Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance Director & Patti Johnson, Solid <br />Waste Director/Project Manager gave an update on the Clerk’s Office <br />storage room. Tim noted that after the work they did on Friday there <br />are still currently 6 file cabinets that do not fit in the storage <br />room and the Clerk is still not in compliance.
