MARCH 4, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 1, 2019. <br /> <br />REVIEW BOCC – KXLE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II presented the Board <br />with the 2019 KXLE Schedule for their review. Staff was directed to <br />add it to the calendar and send invites to the BoCC. <br /> <br />ACKNOWLEDGE CITY OF ELLENSBURG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners acknowledged the City of <br />Ellensburg’s request for Councilmember Nancy Lillquist to represent <br />the City on the Kittitas County Developmental Disabilities Advisory <br />Committee. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of March 4, 2019 they would share <br />the following: a video from Kittitas County Fire Adapted
