02/04/2019 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 3:30 P.M. FEBRUARY 4, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright (by phone); Vice- <br />Chairman Brett Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director; Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator & Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:30 p.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would <br />recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes with Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator; & Lisa <br />Young, HR Director to receive and evaluate complaints or charges <br />brought against a public officer or employee. However, upon the <br />request of such officer or employee, a public hearing or a meeting <br />open to the public shall be conducted upon such complaint or charge. <br />No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 3:45 p.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would <br />recess back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to receive and <br />evaluate complaints or charges brought against a public officer or <br />employee. However, upon the request of such officer or employee, a <br />public hearing or a meeting open to the public shall be conducted <br />upon such complaint or charge.
