JANUARY 15, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith, and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim Engineer; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Dora Van Epps, Financial Analyst; Heidi <br />Childs, Fiscal Analyst; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; Clay <br />Myers, Undersheriff; Jerry Shuart, Detective; Jeremy Larson, Plans <br />Examiner; Debbie Myers, Board Clerk; Toni Berkshire, Code Enforcement <br />Officer; and 3 members of the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br />Dan Carlson, CDS Director introduced new County employees including Toni <br />Berkshire, Code Enforcement Officer and Jeremy Larson, Plans Examiner. <br /> PROCLAMATIONS – NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS <br /> CERTIFICATE JERRY SHUART COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a Certificate of Appreciation to <br />Jerry Shuart for his dedicated service to the citizens of Kittitas <br />County from April 1, 1980 to January 31, 2019. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
