She noted the
record was open.
THOSE PRESENT & TESTIFYING: DENNIS GIANNOTTI spoke in favor of
the Road Improvement District which would improve safe access,
specifically for emergency medical and fire services. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded.
COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN spoke in favor of the Road Improvement
District. He said he agreed with the safety concerns expressed
and those needed to be corrected. The need for fire, life and
safety is the same for everyone despite how long they reside in
the area and that should be considered in the decision. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT said the benefit to the neighborhood was
overwhelming and would be in support of the Road Improvement
District. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ said she was in favor of the Road
Improvement District, but felt there were different levels of
benefits and they should have an evaluation conducted on the
lots (buildable versus non-buildable lots). She said she spoke
with the Public Works Department and they said an evaluation
would not hinder the construction timeline. NEIL CAULKINS,
