NOVEMBER 8, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Sara Folk, <br />Construction Manager; Mark Cook, DPW Director/Interim County <br />Engineer; Jacobs Engineering: Jason Smith. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING JACOBS ENGINEERING/WIEHL RD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 8:06 a.m. Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to <br />meet with Public Works Staff and consider a Change Order from <br />Jacobs Engineering for the Manastash Bridge project and to <br />provide direction on a Draft Ordinance for Wiehl Road R.I.D. <br />Director Cook reviewed both proposed documents and Commissioner <br />Wright agreed to submit the Draft Ordinance for Wiehl Road to <br />the Prosecutor’s Office for review. <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDER JACOBS ENGINEERING PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize the Chair’s <br />signature on a Change Order for Contract Number RC1578 and <br />Change Order 01 (Manastash Road Bridge #76132 Replacement), in <br />the amount of $339,454.50. Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
