SEPTEMBER 28, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz (By-Phone 1:20 – <br />joined); Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Peter Dykstra <br />& Bill Clarke, Appointed - Special Deputy Prosecutors (by phone); <br />Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator; Tristan Lamb, EH Manager/Interim PH <br />Administrator; Sam Cox, Water Resources Program Tech. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:03 p.m. Vice-Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of <br />real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding <br />such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No <br />action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:18 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:18 p.m. Vice-Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:28 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:28 p.m. Vice-Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:38 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:38 p.m. Vice-Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase
