SEPTEMBER 17, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory <br />Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented the <br />Board with an Amendment to CH2M/Jacobs Agreement and a PSA with <br />Fulcrum for the Bowling Alley (HBM-Inspection). <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CH2M/JACOBS – TRANSFER STATION SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on Amendment No. 3 to a Professional Services Agreement in the <br />amount of $61,847.00. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2- <br />0. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FULCRUM ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Fulcrum Environmental Consulting, to perform Hazardous Building <br />Materials Inspection on the Former Rodeo Bowling Building (830 North <br />Poplar Street) in the amount of $6,800.00. Chairman Osiadacz <br />seconded.
