JULY 23, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented & <br />reviewed with the Board the proposal received from ALSC Architects <br />on the Bloom Pavilion – Heating, Ventilation & Footing Project in <br />the amount of $53,845.00, noting that there is a recommended <br />reimbursable allowance for mileage and printing costs of $2,500.00 <br />(billed at actual cost plus 10% for overhead and taxes). <br /> <br />The Board directed Ms. Johnson to go back to the architect.
