JULY 19, 2018 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman <br />Obie O’Brien; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Candie Leader, <br />Administrative Assistant; and Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director/Interim Engineer. SPECIAL MEETING DNR LICENSE – BOWERS FIELD PUBLIC WORKS <br />At 8:30 a.m. Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to <br />consider an Emergency Land Use License Agreement and a Letter to <br />the Cle Elum Ranger District. <br /> LICENSE DNR LICENSE – BOWERS FIELD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve and authorize Chair’s <br />signature on an Emergency Land Use License Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and the Department of Natural Resources, from <br />July 19, 2018 through October 31, 2018. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> LETTER TANEUM RESTORATION PROJECT COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve a letter to the Okanogan- <br />Wenatchee National Forest, Cle Elum Ranger District requesting a <br />two week extension to review additional information relating to <br />the Taneum Restoration Project.
