JULY 9, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director/Co-Interim Event Center Director; Greg Zempel, County <br />Prosecutor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Greg Zempel, County Prosecutor presented the Board with a Personal <br />Action Form (PAF) for a new Deputy Prosecuting Attorney III (DPA <br />III). He stated that they were made aware of some County Policies <br />that required him to come in for permission, however being unaware <br />of that he had, already made the offer and the position has been <br />accepted by the applicant. <br /> <br />The Board expressed their frustration over the position being <br />offered prior to them giving approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve the PAF for Craig Juris, DPA <br />III as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded.
