MARCH 26, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director presented the Board with the <br />Second Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement with CH2M, <br />noting that the total adjusted service contract amount would now be <br />$373,474.95. Ms. Johnson noted that it was in her budget. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT PSA – CH2M – KITTITAS CO. S.W. SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Chair’s signature on the <br />Amended Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste and CH2M, in the adjusted service contract amount of <br />$373,474.95, as presented. Commissioner O’Brien seconded.
