3/19/2018 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:40 A.M. MARCH 19, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Goeben, <br />I.T. Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD INFORMATION TECH. <br /> <br />Jim Goeben, I.T. Director requested the Board’s direction on how the <br />Board would like to give their approval of each department’s e-mail <br />organization plan. He stated there has been some confusion and <br />further discussion from his last I.T. Study Session where he was <br />under the impression the Board wanted to have each Records Manager <br />from each Department/Office present their plan. However recently he <br />has been hearing that may not be the case that there may be a <br />different route the Board would like to take. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien and Chairman Osiadacz both expressed their <br />support for the Board to review the collection of all Email <br />Organization Plans at one meeting after the Records Management <br />Committee has reviewed and given feedback with each <br />Department/Records Manager who drafted it and then present it to <br />them if the Board has any questions. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />
