3/19/2018 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 10:00 A.M. MARCH 19, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Goeben, IT <br />Director & Lisa Young, HR Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director requested the Board allow her to <br />pursue/purchase G-Suite licenses for the County’s Civil Service <br />Commission Members. She stated that she has funding in the Civil <br />Service Professional Services budget line to pay for the G-Suite <br />accounts. She stated that she had shared the idea with the Civil <br />Service Commission and said they are currently using their personal <br />or work e-mails to communicate. She outlined the benefits to <br />allowing them to have access to G-Suite since the Commission like to <br />work on documents/share documents and review documents prior to <br />meetings.
