2018-03-26 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS’ CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 11:00 AM MARCH 26, 2018 <br />Board members present: Chair Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair Obie O'Brien, <br />and Commissioner Paul Jewell <br /> <br />Others: IT Director Jim Goeben, Application Development Manager Andrew <br />Drain <br /> <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY <br />Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM <br /> <br />MICROSOFT LICENSING <br />The board authorized Mr. Goeben to prepare a Microsoft Enterprise <br />Agreement for consideration in the 2019 budget process. <br /> <br />SMARTGOV <br />Mr. Goeben notified the board the EDEN server will be turned off <br />March 27 and erased July 1, and that Paladin said they expect <br />Laserfiche integration to be available by the end of March. The board <br />asked Mr. Goeben to draft a memo for the chair to sign directing <br />relevant departments to have the SMARTGOV public web interface online <br />by June 1. <br /> <br />LASERFICHE IMPLEMENTATION <br />Mr. Drain updated the board on current use of Laserfiche: 1.4M+ <br />documents, 250+ workflows, 24 Import Agent profiles, 16 Quick Field <br />sessions, and 63 Forms. <br /> <br />RECORDS MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR NEW STAFF <br />The board requested Mr. Goeben return with HR Director Lisa Young to <br />discuss tracking of required records management training. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 12:08 PM. <br /> <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ ________________________________ <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director Laura Osiadacz, Chair
