JANUARY 2, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien and Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Jerry Pettit, Auditor; <br />and Doug Mitchell, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING AMEND COUNTY CODE 2.55 PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Amendments to Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.55. <br /> <br />DOUG MITCHELL, DEPUTY PROSECUTOR provided information on proposed <br />Amendments to Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.55 (Public Records <br />Disclosure). He said the proposed changes reflect Amendments that <br />were made to State Law in the past Legislative Session. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br />HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2018-002 AMEND COUNTY CODE 2.55 PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN moved to Approve Ordinance No. 2018-002, <br />Amending Page 4, Paragraph 4, changing the word “communicate” to <br />“explain”. COMMISSIONER JEWELL seconded.
